Cabinteely FC Membership & Registration Guide 2026/27

As we prepare for the new season, every player must complete ALL of the steps below before they can train and be selected for matches.
Please read this guide carefully and complete each step as soon as possible.
100% compliance is required. Players who have not completed all registration requirements will not be eligible for selection until every step has been completed.

✅ Step 1 – Download the ClubZap App
ClubZap is the club's official communication platform.
All parents/guardians should:
• Download the ClubZap App.
• Create or log in to your account.
• Join your child's correct team group.
• Enable notifications to receive important updates.
Please note: Official club communications, training schedules, match information and announcements will be sent via ClubZap. While WhatsApp groups may be used by parents, they are not the club's official communication channel.

✅ Step 2 – Register with Cabinteely FC
Complete your annual club registration via:
• The ClubZap App, or
• The registration link on the Cabinteely FC website.

Payment options include:
• Pay in Full, or
• Monthly Instalments.
Please take care when selecting your included club gear size.
Each registration includes club training gear, so please choose the correct size when completing your registration. Once orders have been placed with our supplier, changes may not be possible.

✅ Step 3 – Complete Your DDSL Registration (MANDATORY)
All players required to register with the Dublin & District Schoolboys/Girls League (DDSL) must complete the online league registration opens 31 July

This step is mandatory.
A player cannot be selected for competitive fixtures until their DDSL registration has been completed and approved. Players ARE NOT insured for training and pre-season matches until registered.

✅ Step 4 – Read Our Club Policies
Please take a few minutes to read and familiarise yourself with the club's policies, procedures and Codes of Conduct available on our website.
These policies help ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for all players, parents, coaches and volunteers.

✅ Step 5 – Collection of Club Gear
Club gear will be available for collection from Monday, 24 August 2026 .
Collection will take place by age group, and your team manager will advise you of your allocated collection date and time.

Important Season Dates
• U12–U18 Leagues Restart: 29–30 August 2026
• U8–U11 Leagues Restart: 5–6 September 2026
Please ensure all registration requirements are completed well in advance of these dates to avoid disappointment. All players must be approved by both club admin and League official, allow enough time for this process.

Important Reminder
To comply with club, league and insurance requirements, 100% registration compliance is required for every player.
This includes:
✅ Club Registration completed
✅ Membership fees paid or payment plan in place
✅ Correct gear size selected
✅ DDSL Registration completed (where applicable)
✅ Club policies read and understood
Players with incomplete registration will not be eligible for team selection until all outstanding requirements have been completed. No exceptions can be made.
