Cabinteely FC welcomes the commencement of the planning process by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council for sports facilities in Kilbogget Park.
The Kilbogget Park sports pavilion, designed by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council architects, will provide a range of high quality sports facilities. The existing Kilbogget clubhouses will remain in place, operating as they do currently.
The two-story, universally accessible and energy efficient building will contain multiple changing rooms, referee rooms (male and female), high performance strength and conditioning room and classroom for meetings / video analysis / training. The project also provides for expanded MUGA facilities, skills wall & teen zone and public toilets to serve the wider community. The pavilion will also include a Changing Places toilet that offers larger supported facilities that address the needs of people with complex care needs.

Following a successful planning process, the project will go forward for funding in the next round of the Large Scale Sports Infrastructure Fund.
